The nice thing about making highlights and notes in Books is that those items sync with other devices where you sign into Books with the same Apple ID.
Open the book on your iPhone or iPad in the Books app and then follow these steps to add or remove highlights. Open the Books app on your iPhone or iPad to the book where you want to add or delete notes and then do one of the following. Alternatively, you can select Highlight from the shortcut menu, pick the Note icon , and type your note.
In Books, notes are associated with highlights. So you can either remove both or just the note itself. Tap to visit the page with the highlight or note if you want to make edits to it. Open the Books app on your Mac to the book where you want to add or remove highlights, then do one of the following. Choose a color in the menu and it will apply as a highlight. You can also choose the red underline option if you prefer.

Once you are done, you have two ways you can export all your notes and highlights: Evernote export Basically, if you want to export all your notes and highlights to Evernote, this is what it does. Select Print Now you can find a printer to print your PDf file with your notes or highlights from.
Save your Notes and Highlights to your Notes and then Print them Go onto your iBooks, Choose a book that you want to save your notes and highlights and then Click on this dotted list-type button Head over to the Notes tab, and click the box with the arrow button facing to the top.
Select Edit Notes Now Select which notes and highlights that you would want to save. You just saved your notes and highlights onto your notes. Now all you have to do is go onto your Notes app, and then find your note and then print it. Finally, click on the box with the arrow again and then select Print and there you have it!
Choose another color if desired, the default highlight color is yellow but your standard swath of colors is available to separate things and make elements stand out from one another. A little tiny note icon will appear in the left column alongside blocks or words, indicating a note corresponds to that section. Tapping on that note icon is the fastest way to see the text.

Any ideas? Less so with the silly page turn animation, but in scroll mode, so frequently that reading that way becomes very unpleasant. Total mistake, the book shown in screenshots was The Devils Dictionary which is fairly inflammatory and picked randomly without much thought. Placing notes in the iBook is more accurate way to describe it, and you can also share those notes through email and iMessage if you want to send them on to someone else.
