Where is ienas sarandas

So, up until now, my character has pretty much been selling off extra stuff and sleeping at the guilds. I have been playing Morrowind for a while now and the "no home" feel is great for getting me immersed, as i like to make up stuff about my character- his background, what he wants etc.

But now i kinda want to just get somewhere to live. I know you cant buy a house or any such thing but where would you recommend I make my home?
